Terms and Conditions
- Security deposit: £3000. This is paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the hire price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price in the summer. Heating costs in the winter are extra.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Extra cleaning is charged to the client if the property is not left clean and presentable as found on arrival.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- Maid service: 3 hours per day for cleaning and making up beds is included in the price.
- The pool is open from end of May - October.
- Chef: We have an excellent and professional Chef who is happy to cook for you during your stay at an extra cost. Booking in advance is essential.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the high profile of the chateau owners, clients hiring the chateaux are not permitted to employ their own staff to work at the chateaux without prior arrangements.
References will be required
Insurance: For Insurance purpose, Clients are requested before arrival to issue the Owner/Manager names of the guests that will be resident during the period of the Hire.
It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
