This Property has14 bedrooms in total: 10 doubles and 4 twins.

The ground floor has 2 WC, the remaining bathrooms are en suite. 3x master bedrooms all have toilet, bidet, hand basin and bath with a wall mounted shower. 1 x double and 1 x twin have the same. 6 rooms have toilet, bidet, hand basin and standalone shower (2 twins and 4 doubles) The remaining 3 bedrooms are in the loft and each have a bidet, sink and enclosed shower (1 with a tub) and share a separate WC on the loft landing.

There are 3 living rooms- (library room, plasma TV lounge and a traditional lounge). The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and shares portioned open plan space with the TV lounge and has direct access to the Truffles outdoor Lounge. There are 2 kitchens-1 domestic and 1 industrial size kitchen for larger catering parties.

There is a pool that is fenced for safety. Surrounding the pool is an enclosed sunbathing area complete with 2 outdoor lounge areas and a dining table shaded by canopies. Adjacent to the pool and outside the safety fence is an additional lounge and dining area for 12-14 people, complete with full outdoor cooking facilities and poolside kitchen.

Adjacent to the house is Truffles Lounge which is an outdoor area shaded by trellis plants. The grounds are unique with a vast array of unusual trees from across the world.

There is an 18 hole crazy golf course a table tennis area and enough space to enjoy ball games in safety.

 The location is perfect as you are only a walk away from all of the local amenities The local supermarket is a 5 min walk. to the town centre, which offers a great array of shops, bars, restaurants and a great weekly market in the Town Square.

The Dordogne River is 5 mins walk and there you can find canoeing, kayaking, walks, horse riding, rugby, tennis etc. 20 mins away is water park, perfect for a day out with the kids. 10 mins drive away is Country Club for Golf. Sarlat is a 15 mins drive and is a beautiful historic town which is a must visit especially on market day.
